Ms. Stacey Tanakashi and Mr. Bryle Schleichert Lavrovitçh founded HU on October 27, 2018, together with the first-generation admins. It is the now leading university in RPW that has successfully thrived over 16 active sections bearing the mark of a brand well known for its excellence. Inside Hellviana, there are clubs that you can join to enhance your talent and skills. These are the Detective Club (DC), Editing Club (EC), Special Program in Arts (SPA), and the Special Program in Journalism (SPJ). Moreover, Hellviana councils have organized unique events for their students — the visitors, to improve their singing skills and fashion tastes. Under HU, there is a modeling agency for all the zepeto users (exclusive for HU students only) who love to show their fashion and own style. Lastly, Hellviana councils established a specialization for all the visitors who sings — this is the Viance Voices.

Hellviana University is known for being creative and unique when it comes to handling and organizing activities for all visitors to participate. Some of the unforgettable moments are the Bloody Weeks, Public Festival, and the By Section Games. There are also a few happenings from Hellviana that shows the fighting spirit of all visitors by participating in numerous activities from University Showdowns. Finally, Hellviana University contains people who show and give great leadership skills which help to achieve the continuous betterment of the said university; Supreme Student Councils are one of the reasons why additional and new happenings are gathered to the University.
